RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

We at LISENSE endeavor to serve our consumers with high-quality, contemporary apparel. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, but we acknowledge that returns are occasionally necessary. We have established our return policy below to enable a seamless and hassle-free return process:

1.  Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, is required for all returns.


2.  Non-Returnable Items:

  • The following items are not eligible for return: Sale  items (those marked as "Sale" at the time of purchase).
  • Items that have been altered or damaged after receipt.

3.  Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team via email or phone to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. The RA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the return package.
  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the items, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or a shipping error on our part.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that the returned items reach us safely.

4.  Refunds:

  • Once we receive the returned items and verify their eligibility, we will process the refund back to the original payment method within 5 business days.
  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

5.  Exchange Policy:

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please indicate your preference when contacting customer support for the Return Authorization (RA) number.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
6.  Damaged or Defective Items:
  • If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team immediately with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange a return or exchange at no additional cost to you.
7.  International Returns:
  • For international customers, the same return policy applies. However, please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees associated with the return.
